Linoy Hazan

Linoy Hazan is an M.Sc. student in the Faculty of Engineering at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. She earned her B.Sc. in Animal Sciences from the Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Recently, she worked as a Research Coordinator in the Oncology Department at Beilinson Hospital, Petach Tikva.

Since November 2025, Ms. Hazan has been conducting research in the Optical Imaging and Biosensing Laboratory at the Faculty of Engineering and the Institute of Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials, under the supervision of Prof. Amos Danielli. Her work focuses on developing a quantitative assay for the early detection of respiratory viruses using an optical modulation biosensing system.
